U. S. LINEN WILL REPLY WITH A CONFIRMATION WITHIN 24 HOURS. HOW IT WORKS: We try to make the process of renting chair covers very easy. Once you fax the Rental Order Form to our office, U. S. Linen replies with a reservation confirmation. Once you send the deposit, U. S. Linen replies with a deposit confirmation. Once you send final payment, final chair cover count and final balance, U. S. Linen replies with a rental paid in full confirmation. As you can see, each step of this electronic process is confirmed. Please print out these confirmations and file them in your event folder. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call the office. If you would like to make a change, it is not necessary to call the office. Please fax a new completed rental order form with "Change" marked at the top. U. S. Linen will reply with a change confirmation. We are sorry but we cannot make changes by phone. All changes are made in writing. The return labels will be in the boxes when you receive the linen. When the event is over, simply return the linen to the boxes, tape, adhere the labels to the boxes and call UPS Shipping for a pick up. PAYMENTS: The deposit payment is $100.00 and is applied to the rental cost. Deposit Payments are not refundable. Delinquent accounts are subject to cancellation. Rental payments are paid by personal check, company check, money order or certified funds and are due no later than 15 days before the event. Overlays must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event. If the function is canceled prior to the event, the monies paid, are not refundable. Please Initial______ CHAIR COVER SIZE: The rounded top ballroom size chair cover featured on our web site is 19 inches wide at the back and 40 inches from the top of the chair cover to the ground. The folding size chair cover measures 19 inches across the back, 33 inches from the top of the chair to the ground. The folding chair seat measurements 16 inches square. If the delivery location is on the west coast the estimated shipping cost is $.51 per chair cover each way. UPS Shipping requires a credit/debit card for shipping. U. S. Linen does not ship outside the U. S. Unless the purchase is wholesale. The linen will usually arrive on Thursday or Friday the week of the event. It is very important that the Final Rental Order Form accompanies the final payment to insure that the funds are applied correctly. U. S. Linen will send a Paid in Full confirmation by email. For you convenience, it is not necessary to call the office to finalize the linen file. Please Initial_____ RETURN SHIPPING: The return shipping labels will be in the boxes that we send with the linen. Please put these return labels in a safe location. Repack the boxes, place the labels on the boxes and call UPS Shipping for a pick up or you can drop the boxes off at a UPS Hub or Official UPS Store in your neighborhood . Please Initial___________ LATE FEES: The linen must be returned to the UPS Shipping System on the Monday after the event. Late return fees are 50% of the rental cost is charged to your linen account if you do not return the linen on the Monday after the event to UPS Shipping. Replacement cost is $5.20 per chair cover and $1.44 per sash. The use of red wine, wholes caused from cigarette burns or wholes, wax and a chocolate fountain combined with children will permanently damage the linen.
